Business clearances with minimum disruption
Whether you are moving premises, refitting, downsizing or closing, clearing a business property needs to be organised and quick. We plan the work around you – including early mornings, evenings and weekends – so your business keeps running.
Commercial clearances we handle
- Office clearances: desks, chairs, filing cabinets, partitions and kitchens
- Shop and retail clearances: fixtures, shelving, counters and old stock
- Pubs, cafés and restaurants (non-hazardous items)
- Warehouses, storage units and workshops
- Care homes, schools and community buildings
- Rental and HMO properties for landlords and agents
Reuse, recycling and the paperwork you need
Businesses have a legal duty of care for the waste they produce. We separate furniture, metals, timber, cardboard and electricals for reuse and recycling, and provide waste transfer paperwork for your records.
Confidential papers and IT equipment
Old files and computer equipment may contain personal or business data. We can set these aside for secure shredding or data wiping by a specialist, so you stay on the right side of data protection rules.
Clear quotes for business budgets
We visit the site, agree the scope and timing, and give a written fixed price. For larger or phased projects we can quote stage by stage. We cover Hartlepool, Billingham, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Peterlee and the business parks in between.
For landlords between tenants, see end of tenancy clearance. Contact us to arrange a site visit.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. We can clear early in the morning, in the evening or at the weekend to avoid disrupting staff and customers. Just let us know when you get a quote.
Do you provide waste transfer notes?
Yes. Business customers receive waste transfer paperwork for their records as part of the clearance.
What about confidential documents?
We set confidential paperwork and data-bearing equipment aside so it can be securely shredded or wiped by a specialist rather than going out with general waste.
